Thank you for stopping by! I am Malin Paucke (*1998), a designer and illustrator from the Ruhr area of Germany.
In autumn 2023, I completed my bachelor‘s degree in Communications Design at the Folkwang University of the Arts.
Ever since I can remember I´ve had vivid pictures in my head. I love the idea of transforming everyday situations into visual sequences in which people feel seen. Fundamental needs like comfort and tenderness are in my focus. Apart from that you can also find absurdity and quirkiness in my works.
To follow my stream of consciousness - in conversations with my friends - feels like indulging in a hot bath after a long run for me.
My work always arises from a dialogue between inner and outer world. Here lies my asset. I keep asking myself: what if?
At this point I start to create.
